Order Confirmation
Orders are only confirmed via phone call. Our staff will confirm your order within 24 hours of order placement. Please ensure that the call is received to confirm the order. If the call is not received/missed, please call back as soon as possible to confirm. Failure to confirm the order within 24 hours will lead to cancellation.
Delivery Time
Orders within Karachi are usually delivered on the same day. However, delayed deliveries can take up to 2 days in special circumstances. Orders outside Karachi are dispatched within 24 hours via TCS or similar delivery services and take up to 72 hours to reach. Please note that there might be a delay in deliveries in special circumstances.
Terms & Conditions for Inter-city deliveries
Inter-city deliveries are dispatched using third-party courier companies including TCS, leopards, etc. Therefore, deliveries are dispatched entirely on customer risk. While we have been operating with these courier companies for years without any problems, it is important to note that in case of any issues related to delivery, including, but not limited to delays, loss, theft, confiscation by the authorities, damage, burn or breakage of items, Rebel Tech will not be responsible for any financial compensation and re-delivery. We assure you that we will try our level best to resolve any adverse scenario that may occur. However, the end responsibility of inter-city delivery and assurance lies with courier companies and not with us. In case of any insurance claim or other issues (if amount paid for insurance), we are only liable to provide the customer with the receipt of the delivery booking, and the insurance claim process initiation and finalization responsibility lies with the customer and not Rebel Tech.
Terms & Conditions for Karachi deliveries
Our delivery staff fulfills all of our Karachi deliveries which are usually fulfilled on the same day. In some cases, an advance amount is required to confirm your order which will be advised by our customer support staff. Please note that products are delivered brand new and opening the product before full payment confirmation is strictly against our SOP and is prohibited. After the full payment is made, you can unbox the product and check in the presence of our delivery staff. Please note that our staff is not allowed to hand over the product to the customer before full payment of the order is confirmed.
Refund & Warranty Policy
Rebel Tech has a NO REFUND, NO RETURN policy. All products are delivered in brand new, unused condition. There is NO WARRANTY on any product unless explicitly mentioned. Where warranty is given, Rebel Tech does not offer any assistance with warranty claims and/or the warranty claim process.
